Travel is an integral part of my job. Hotel rooms are a weekly requirement for me. Meeting the people from Berkshire Apartment Services and using their excellent facilities has changed my time away from home. The customer service is excellent. The apartments provide a home from home and once you've been there once you really don't want to go back to hotels.

Very good location for Reading and good quality accommodation, the place was well kept and clean.
The kitchen facilities were very good and it was well equipped. The customer service was also very good and easy to get in touch if any queries.

Having used Berkshire Apartment Services on both a regular and `ad hoc` basis, I have always received an excellent and responsive service.
There are many details in the approach to customer service that I've found either useful or essential (in my case, locking myself out of one of the flats).
The flats themselves have always exceeded the equivalent that a hotel could offer and provided that small piece of normality and sanity that regular travellers often require.

Excellent communication from the apartment owners from the moment the booking was made.
Simple, easy instructions which included directions and car parking.
The apartment was immaculate, clean and surprisingly quiet for a town centre location. Couldn't find any fault with it. Fantastic place to stay as a change from hotels.
